Specialists in reward and compensation will see salary increases of up to 14% in 2017, according to research from Robert Walters. Increases are being driven by new legislation, including mandatory gender pay gap reporting, leading to a sense of urgency from organisations to recruit professionals to oversee and implement projects.
Nick Allwood, manager at Robert Walters, said:
‘Mid-level professionals will be most highly sought after for these roles, with employers looking to recruit staff who can play key roles in developing strategies and processes to ensure compliance with legislation while also having the core technical skills to implement them.’
